A hidden gem in Val Gardena. Excellent hospitality from someone with great care and passion for all guests. We were a dozen friends and Monika made us feel truly special. The hotel is cosy and clean; special mention goes to the food, which was excellent and of far higher quality than anywhere else we tried during the week.

This year, after 3 years of going to Selva di Val Gardena in September, we changed accommodation and went to the Monte 44 hotel. We had our two poodles with us, the room was spacious, clean and welcoming with parquet, and had a comfortable terrace. The breakfast was very well prepared and made with local products. The SPA is not very large but welcoming, with an external and heated hydromassage tub, offering a pleasant view of the Selva valley. The owner was very kind and available for explanations and advice on things to see. In conclusion, recommended.

Your room will be ready from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. After that, cancellation fees apply: 40% up to 1 month before arrival, 70% up to 1 week before arrival, 90% within the last week, and 100% for early departure.
Included in the price are: a vital breakfast buffet, daily cleaning, parking, a free mobility card for public transport, Wi-Fi, access to the wellness area with sauna, steam bath and outdoor whirlpool, as well as bath towels and bathrobes.
Yes, a local tourist tax of € 3.60 per person per night is charged for guests aged 14 and above. This is not included in the room rate.
Dogs and other pets are permitted on request in Superior rooms without carpeting, for an additional charge of € 20.00 per day. However, they are not allowed in the breakfast room.
Yes, the following discounts apply for children: 0–2 years free of charge, 3–6 years 50% discount, 7–11 years 30% discount, 12–17 years 20% discount. Adults in a third bed also receive a 20% discount.
The Val Gardena Guest Pass is issued upon completion of the stay registration and is valid for the entire duration of your stay. It includes free use of all public transport within the Südtirolmobil network as well as additional benefits. Detailed information can be found at suedtirol-guestpass.info.
